Located right next to Regents Park station, The Green Mango is one of the best restaurants within the local Bankstown area. It's not just that they make great food, have friendly and engaging staff or one of the few places in Bankstown with great atmosphere. It's that they have all this in the one restaurant.
The entrées are great (you can never go wrong with some light Vietnamese spring rolls). The mains include a variety of curries, vegetarian dishes, fried pork and beef, and seafood. You can always find an interesting option and the food is incredibly fresh! The dishes area a mixture of Vietnamese fusion, close enough to traditional to be familiar, but unique enough that they aren't boring!
Desserts are a must! The fried ice cream with chocolate topping, or others if you prefer, is a great way to finish off a great meal.
